I’m a Senior Information Security Analyst based in Southern California, focused on intrusion detection, incident response, and threat analysis. This blog is where I document the work: the investigations, the close calls, and the occasional “how did that get through?” moment, with identifying details stripped out.

Before getting into security I spent over a decade teaching Chinese martial arts. The parallel is pretty straightforward: both are about protecting people, reading situations quickly, and accepting that you’ll never fully master either one. That last part is what keeps me engaged.
